These terms define the rules for using the OAKSANTUM online store (hereinafter: "Store"), available at www.oaksantum.com.

2. Definitions

• Seller - the owner of the Store, the company ABONOS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.
• Buyer / Client - any natural or legal person making a purchase in the Store.
• Consumer - a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
• Product - a dietary supplement in the form of black oak powder, offered for sale.
• Terms - this document defining the rights and obligations of the transaction parties.
• Order - the Client’s declaration of intent to conclude a sales agreement.

3. Terms of Use

Purchases in the Store may be made by adults. To place an order, true personal data must be provided. It is prohibited for the Client to submit unlawful content.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store and by phone at +48 788 661 118 between 8:00 and 20:00 (Polish time). Product prices are listed in PLN and include VAT.

The Store offers the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery – the Client pays the courier when the parcel is delivered; available for deliveries within Poland
• Bank transfer
• BLIK
• Payment card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Przelewy 24

After placing an order, the Client receives a confirmation to the provided email address. For phone orders, the confirmation may also be given by phone or text message.

5. Delivery and Collection

Delivery is available in Poland and selected EU countries. Parcels within Poland are delivered by InPost courier. Parcels to other countries are sent only via Polish Post (Poczta Polska).

The order processing time is 1–3 business days from the moment the payment is received, or – for cash on delivery – from the moment the order is placed. Delivery costs are listed on the Store's website and during checkout.

6. Returns and Complaints

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, provided the Product has not been opened. For hygiene and health reasons, dietary supplements are non-returnable after opening the packaging.

To return a product, the Client should inform the Store via email at oaksantum@gmail.com and send back the unopened Product to the return address. Refunds are processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned Product, using the same payment method the Client used. If the Client paid cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Client.

In case of complaints, the Client may report non-compliance of the Product with the contract via email at oaksantum@gmail.com, describing the issue and attaching photos. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.

7. Personal Data Protection

The administrator of personal data is ABONOS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and used to fulfill orders.

The Client has the right to access, correct, and delete their data. Detailed information about data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.

8. Cookie Management

The Store uses cookies to improve functionality and analyze site traffic. Clients can manage cookie settings in their browser. Detailed information is available in the 'Manage Cookies' section.

9. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms. In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law shall apply. Any disputes will be settled by the court competent for the Seller's seat.
